Description

DTRL switches automatically on the head- and rear-lights, and dashboard of the car approximately 8 seconds after ignition, taking into account the proper operation of the car's charging circuit. If it is not functioning, the lights will not switch on. A LED can be mounted on the dashboard to display is DTRL working or not. DTRL is not able to diagnose any malfunction of car's lamps or relays. DTRL switches immediately all lights off when the engine goes off, thus preventing the car's battery discharging. DTRL is also applicable in all cars with halogen or discharge / xenon / head-lights, because it it is wired in parallel to the ignition key.
